Residences at Riverside Square and Sutton Place owned by non-profit ONE Neighborhood Builders and Ivy Place, being developed by the non-profit Neighborworks Blackstone River Valley, will receive capital from Rhode Island Housing to create and preserve affordable homes in East Providence.
The final infusion of capital will ensure 16 affordable rental apartments at the Residences at Riverside Square, the renovation of 36 units in two structures at Sutton Place to be income restricted households earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income (AMI), and four live/work units for small entrepreneurs at Ivy Place as well as ten housing units to be sold to households at or below 80% AMI and three units to be sold to households below 100% AMI.
